I am loving getting Lost at the moment!!! In " Lost In Austen"  that is and loving every moment of this British series! So much fun, swooning, declarations of passion and I find myself speaking in old english constantly! Wouldn't you love to just jump into your favorite story? I think I'd like to jump into Snow White, Alice in Wonderland and perhaps an Arthurian Legend or two! And to Adorn myself on this journey how about this lace pendant by fox and clover or this Jane Austen Charm Bracelet by Poet Summer

To Paris and Beyond!

A new jewellery find today, I might have to beg for one of these for Christmas!!!... Its just around the corner you know! Kirstin Ash Pendants and Earrings can be found here!
And I'd love to wear one with one of these fabulous winter ice palace garments that were found in my inspiration folder ( I can't remember where they came from, a blog somewhere? can anyone tell me, they look like they came straight from Narnia?)

And then a snow sled journey to the north with these lovely girls off to their tea party tent in the wilderness ( photos from  my art diary , an old Vogue???) and then a little hibernation for a few days ... we are getting a new fandangled fantasical computer, see you then!!!

Tomorrow's Unknown

Here's a little shop I've been keeping to myself for a while! But I love it so much and wanted to share this wonderful Jewellery Artist's work ! Tomorrow's Unknown is an Ebay Store that I visit every week to inspire me with my little jewellery projects. I have bought a gorgeous charm bracelet too and just love the Fairytale Images that adorn Dawn's work! She also sells collage sheets, stamps, charms and bits and pieces so you can create your own gorgeous wearable art!Pictured here are her charm bracelts ... A Blooming Shopping Trip!

A mini Shopping Trip this Morning! I escaped and left the boys at home for a couple of hours and visited the New Paper Shop in Town! It was a feast for the eyes and I wanted to bring home everything !!! I did bring home a big poster size piece of blooming and blossoming  Anna Chandler Paper to hang in my Studio  which I am in love with and I also got a jewel fix with thisnew pretty blue flower necklace and cute black Rose hairclips!

I have decided I need to do a few more of these little escape episodes before the bub comes, because I think I may not be going very far by myself for quite a while after August! Happy Mothers Day to all the Mum's, I hope you all have a wonderful Day. I can't wait for my Breakfast in Bed ... Pancakes I Hope!!!

Purple Fantasy!

A new creation today .... A Birthday present for my good friend Ange who LOVES Purple !!! I decided to make her a delicious Purple Charm Bracelet and hope she isn't reading this as I haven't sent it off to her yet! It comes complete with cherubs, crosses, hearts and keys! Hope she likes it! I am working on some pretty designs for sale soon in Madame Butterfly too!

Angel Blue

I've started bringing all my jewellery stuff out to the kitchen bench every night so I can make things whilst watching Teev with my husband. It's been fun and a learning experience as I go and last night I came up with this little charm bracelet. The thing about making things like this is you always have to be on the hunt for more things to add to them, so I am currently lurking about online bead shops, ebay and op shops for fabulous things to add into my jewels. Its been great seeing what other jewellery makers are up to also to get inspired and try new ideas. I have way too many arty crafty things  going on at the moment though, I wish I could just concentrate on one thing !!! Does anyone else have this problem ?????? And I'm starting to realise little tiny beads and things are not going to be good to have around in August when the next bub arrives !!!!

Charming!

Well, I'm back yet again after a complete computer meltdown that has gone on for a week. It had to be sent off to be fixed and I've missed posting and visiting my blog friends and we have lots to catch up on! Not having the computer for a while was a little blessing in disguise though, as I actually sat down and got creative!

I made this elaborate charm bracelet which was fun  and I love the smokey hearts and baubles.
I made a big assortment in all different colours of fun beaded necklaces and bracelets ( blue ones pictured!) for kids with lots of sparkly baubles for an up coming festival and market I'm doing with my sister which will be fun.
My Mum made this fabulous Bird Bag from Vintage pillowcases and she made lots of others with great panels from fabulous vintage  70's floral tableclothes too! Hoping to take them to the market too!
And My Sister gave me this Log Cabin Pillow that she made for my birthday and I love it! It now belongs on my desk chair !!! I've also made

some new collage cards today and I want to  work with my soldering iron to make some charms ( my husband may be doing this bit for me as we have yet to talk to the Doc about the health issues of using this while I'm pregnant!) so hopefully will have more creative results to show off tomorrow. Well, off to visit some of your sites and watch LOST, until the morrow ....
